Q.02 How do I put it up on my wall?
Every mirror ships with strong double-sided mounting tape. Peel, press firmly on a clean flat wall, done in under a minute. No drilling, no nails, no damage.
Q.03 Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with free shipping on every order. Most orders reach the US, UK, Canada and Australia in 5–8 business days after a 2–4 day make time, and tracking is emailed the moment yours ships.
Q.04 What about customs and duties?
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.
Q.05 Can I get a custom design made?
Custom orders are our thing. Send us your artwork or idea on the custom order page and we'll cut it into a one-of-one mirror piece for you.
Q.06 Will the print fade or peel?
No. Artwork is UV-printed directly onto the surface — scratch-resistant and built to hold its color for years indoors.
Q.07 How is my order packed?
Each mirror is foam-cornered, wrapped and shipped in a rigid box. If anything arrives damaged, share an unboxing video and we'll sort it out.
Q.08 What's the return policy?
30-day returns. Email us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. Arrived damaged? Send a photo or unboxing clip and we'll remake it — no return shipping needed.
